Nothing at all — all equipment is provided in every session. Just wear something comfortable that you can move in.
Absolutely. All of my group classes are suitable for beginners. If you’re feeling nervous or want extra support, a 1:1 session is a great place to start.
Most people start to notice positive changes by attending 2–3 times per week.
1:1 sessions are completely personalised. I can come to you, or we can use a small studio in Bollington, Cheshire. Sessions are available as pay-as-you-go or in blocks of 5 or 10.
If you have a serious injury, I recommend checking with a healthcare professional first. Once you’ve been cleared to move, I offer injury-specific 1:1 sessions, which are usually more suitable than group classes.
Yes — Pilates and yoga are for every body, regardless of age, experience, or background.
My group classes include Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Power Pilates, Classical Pilates, and Reformer Pilates.
